about tilily...
jessica lynch is the founder and owner of tilily bread. jes began baking sourdough for her family and friends in 2023, with a deep appreciation for simple, wholesome and nutritious ingredients. in 2024, tilily bread was born and named after jes' children. tilily hit the ground running and soon gained notoriety in jes' hometown of reading, ma. enter tilily's first employee, carolina pape, a dear and longtime friend of jes'.
jes and caro now work in tandem to bake tilily sourdough bread for friends, family and community members.
